http://www.joechicagos.com Joe Chicago's Pizza is Grand Rapid's only authentic, Chicago style deep dish pizza. A couple of years ago, Joe's was convinced that an oven change was necessary to decrease the cooking time of the deep dish pizza, but that meant the crust had to be significantly changed to accomodate. After losing many long-time customers, Joe brought back the original oven (and crust) and would now like everyone to know that true Chicago Deep dish is BACK!
