It didn't really get any better than this. A moody and spiritual release from Armon Ransom and Joe Smooth that imprinted itself on my soul. Two great vocalists provided the extra vocals on this Tyree Cooper mix, excellent. Professor funk was one of those artists that to me had and still has a very mythical status. I only recall ever seeing one picture of him to this day. Time to google him perhaps ;) All music posted to honour the original artists and labels involved. Recorded from the original DJ International Records vinyl 12" single. Enjoy. Professor Funk And Chicago Hous'n Authority, The - Visions Label:D.J. Mar 10, 2010 - That's for that extra info and I hope you've got it wrong but that would explain why such a talent went very quiet.

Mar 13, 2010 - @RFB: Do you know what ever happened to Adonis?
houzbizness Says:
Mar 14, 2010 - I'm sure RFB can answer better but as far as I know Adonis is doing well and still involved in music. Like so many others however family has taken prioritee the last few years.

Apr 28, 2010 - @houzbizness Armon didn't die in a fire, he passed in 1996 & is Baried @ Cedar Park in Calumet Park, IL........ He was our brother RIP. Also I spoke to ADONIS when I had the party House N' for Haiti at the REGAL Theater on March 20th, the line up was Byron Stingily, Keith Nunnally, Daja', Harry Dennis, Curtis McClain. & Big ups to Marshall Jefferson for stopping by

May 6, 2010 - @dapyr30 Thankyou for putting that straight. Really nothing to do with me but I was just curious, now I know. Great line up there and another surprise for me. Harry Dennis, I really thought he was well out of the House game. I hope the event went well.

Mar 10, 2010 - Fantastic release in every way! Thanks for posting mate. If memory serves correct Armon Ransom died in a house fire in 1989.I think it was Adonis that told me that a few years back.
