I was watching ABC 7 Chicago Morning News in 2/23/2010 then around 6:13 am, there the technical difficulties, started with the color bars(Notice it said New York) & then the logo, no commercials.

Apr 25, 2010 - I've seen those bars before. Once WLNE aired those in place of their 11 PM newscast due to some technical difficulty. They thought they were on the air though.
